Another building block for sustainability is our new battery storage for the direct storage of alternating or three-phase current. Used in private homes, in business, in industry and in agriculture, owners can temporarily store excess energy they have produced themselves as well as cheaply purchased energy and use it later if necessary when electricity procurement costs rise or the self-produced energy is not sufficient for their own supply.

As a small version, we offer our bCUBE in a wall cabinet housing.
With an available power range of 8-14 kWh, this is the ideal size for your home.
The energy management is able to manage additional consumers such as charging stations, heat pumps, heating elements or similar. For example, the STROMAT wallbox can be used to start charging the electric car when excess power is detected.

Ideal for business, industry and agriculture
As a large version, we offer our bCUBE as a freestanding cabinet device.
In this design, we cover a power range of 32-84 kWh. This makes this product the ideal storage unit for power-intensive companies to reduce electricity procurement costs.
Especially for PV systems that have already been installed and whose EEG funding is running out, the self-consumption of self-generated PV electricity can be increased enormously by installing our battery storage unit. This means that you will also become more independent of the energy companies and their constant price increases in the future.

Maximizing self-consumption
The bCUBEis the ideal solution for storing excess self-produced energy from CHPs, wind turbines and in particular photovoltaic systems.
The integrated energy management recognizes the excess and directs the energy not required by the battery system. If the self-generated energy is reduced or goes out, the house continues to be supplied with energy from the storage system. This ensures maximum self-sufficiency and prevents the otherwise necessary purchase of electricity.
The “little broker” is there
There are more and more electricity tariffs whose pricing is based on the market principle of supply and demand. These so-called dynamic tariffs take into account the overall energy balance: variable amounts of electricity produced from PV and wind energy compared to fluctuating electricity consumption.
The b-CUBE receives the current exchange electricity prices as well as forward-looking electricity price forecasts for the next 36 hours.
Based on this information in combination with the forecast local energy consumption, the system determines optimal charging times where energy is actively drawn from the energy supplier and temporarily stored in the battery.
The goal here is to charge the battery with purchased electricity when prices are low so that the energy required in the house can be drawn from the battery again later when prices are high.
Always everything in view
The b-CUBE app is simply called up with a smartphone or PC and you will get directly to the information of your storage system.
In a simple way, the current energy flows, the state of charge of the battery, the predictive electricity prices or the saved electricity costs can be seen. The external consumers, such as e.g. the connected wallbox, can also be controlled in terms of function.
